1. Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are final. Products purchased from Burly Hair are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Customers must notify Burly Hair within 2 days of receiving a defective or damaged product to be eligible for an exchange or replacement.
2. Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Burly Hair is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, Burly Hair reserves the right to cancel the order or offer a suitable replacement at its discretion.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, displayed on the Burly Hair website or associated materials are the property of Burly Hair and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Burly Hair be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of its products or services. Innoval Inventions  shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of fraudulent orders, unauthorized transactions, or chargebacks initiated by customers or third parties.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Burly Hair reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Burly Hair website or other relevant platforms.
